Our Chef is an expert in grilling and handling seasonal produce. His ongoing training has led him through the cradle of Spanish gastronomy: the Basque Culinary Center. He has worked alongside highly acclaimed chefs such as Quique Dacosta, Bernd H. Knöller, or Ricard Camarena, in addition to drawing knowledge from José Gordon, who inspired him to perfect his technique in meat handling and advocate for the value of national products.
